Top 4 Reasons for Migrating to Windows 7 from Windows XP

Microsoft has released Windows 7 to manufature. I was following the pre-releases of Windows Seven and testing each release, CTPs and RC versions. I had also found the chance to download and install the RTM version of Windows 7. In short, I can say I have been using Windows 7 for a long time since it has been released to public use, test and evaluate.

I can easily claim that Windows 7 is the best operating system (OS) released by Microsoft.

Windows 7 is fast just like Windows XP

I can suggest to Windows XP users to migrate to Windows 7 without any hesitation. I understand that Windows XP users don't want to compromise the speed they used to with Windows XP. Since Windows Vista was a bad experience for most of Windows users, it is understandable to see them "wait and see" method before upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7 operating system on their daily computers.

Windows 7 is stable

An other leading reason for migrating to Windows 7 is its stability. For the period, I have been testing Windows 7, I had not got any blue screen on my monitor. It is hard to believe but as I read in other blogs and reviews on other Windows web sites, Windows 7 is dazzling with its stability and reliability.

Windows 7 is reliable and secure

Windows 7 is secure just like Windows Vista but Win7 gets a head of Vista with new and enhanced security applications to enable users keep their data and privacy secure.

Windows 7 is a thin operating system

One more reason for Windows 7 upgrade is the thin Windows 7 with its number of services running on a computer and the size of operating system occupied on a hard disk.

So prepare your self for a new Windows 7 era.
