Microsoft offers roaming profiles for Windows Live ID users if they log on to Windows 8 with Live ID credentials.

This enables Windows 8 users to have the same personalized computer look and feel on every computer they log on using their Windows Live ID account.
The profile data like favorites, history, even web site data, etc will be applied to the new logged on PC using roaming profiles with Windows 8 environment.
