Cannot Delete File because Could not find this item

I could not delete a file on Windows since the explorer could not find this item although it is visible on desktop and listed in folder view. When I try to delete, deletion failed with reporting error "Could not find this item. This is no longer located in" target folder.

For a long time, perhaps since from times that I first installed Windows 8.1 on my PC I had to use my desktop computer with a file which I cannot delete. Now I upgrade my Windows 8.1 PC to Windows 10. On the other hand, the file which I can not delete stays the same. Neither I can move it to an other folder nor I can delete or rename the file.

Although the file is visible on my desktop, whenever I select the file and try to delete it, I got following error message:

Item Not Found
Could not find this item
This is no longer located in C:\Users\Vader\Desktop. Verify the item's location and try again.

It is interesting that the file size is 0 bytes and its type is file. So the extension is missing.

By the way, right now I realized that since the end of 2014 the file cannot be deleted by me with useless many tries of file deletion.

Because I do not like to use third party tools immediately, I searched the web and forums for a solution. I tried a few methods which was mentioned on forums to be successful in some cases. But I was not one of those lucky people.
